Before returning merchandise, please check below if your item qualifies for a return. It is advisable to contact us before returning any item if you are unsure if the conditions for a return are met.
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. Please note that we cannot exchange items that are out of stock or discontinued
Although it is an extreme rarity when there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will offer a full refund or exchange for products with such defects upon receipt of the faulty product. Contact us to request a return shipping label for returning faulty merchandise.
Unworn and unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned for a refund within seven (7) days from the date the order was shipped. We are sorry but, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn Hosiery or Shape wear items with opened packaging.
